The 1987 Pathway is our flagship programme  a structured, multi-year journey taking Black activists from grassroots into elected and appointed office. We work at every level: parish councils, borough councils, mayoral offices, parliamentary candidacies, and public appointments. Because representation cannot wait for the system to fix itself.
